We coach, train and cajole you to develop your project and team skills, as well as your coding and creative abilities.

Team leaders

In our studio, projects are not about specifications.  They are smartly conceived, rapidly built and perfectly finished - on time and on budget. Team leaders work with a small group of designers and developers in a role that combines project management with account management while working across several projects at once.

Web Designers

We like designers who enjoy pace and variety

Web design that brings together branding, typography, visual grammar, interactivity, usability and architecture. You may not have all these skills, but you need to be keen to develop them!  We provide guidance, training and support to get you there.

Front-end Developers

We want fast, accurate Drupal themers and leading-edge Javascript developers

For us, a Drupal theme developer makes sure that our client stays happy. Happy because changes can be made easily without spoiling the look, because the site works well in all browsers. You should be keen to work with a team that is looking to deliver sites that make the most of Drupal and its unique features. Everyone knows the front-end story now includes executable code - Javascript. More and more, we need to build application-class functionality into the front of our Drupal sites.

Back-end Developers

We need hardcore, 'community-active' Drupal developers

We use Drupal properly.  That means we only code when we need to.  And when we do, we use lightweight user-journey specs and use risk-elimination dev techniques. You would want to work to the highest standards for an agency that understands that this is the only way forward. If you don't have a Drupal.org ID, get one.
